New golf carts

New carts carry a 24-month limited warranty on the drivetrain, controller and electrical harness. Any battery cover and product-specific terms are stated on the written quotation. Cover applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Used golf carts

Used carts are sold with a 6-month drivetrain warranty unless otherwise stated on the listing. Each cart passes a multi-point inspection covering batteries, motor, brakes, steering and bodywork, and the condition report is shared before purchase.

What is not covered

• Wear items such as tyres, brake pads, bulbs, seat covers and fuses.
• Damage from accident, misuse, overloading, towing or unauthorised modification.
• Battery depletion caused by incorrect charging or prolonged storage while flat.
• Water damage from pressure washing electrical components.

Service intervals

Service requirements depend on the cart model and usage. We provide the applicable maintenance guidance at handover and can assist with workshop servicing in Upington.

Logging a claim

Contact us with your invoice number, cart serial number and a description of the fault. We will arrange an assessment at our Upington workshop and explain the next steps.
