Returns & refunds policy
Our returns process follows the South African Consumer Protection Act and is designed to be simple and fair.
Cooling-off period
Where a cart is bought without being inspected in person, you may cancel within 7 days of delivery, provided the cart is unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition with all accessories. Transport costs for the return are for the buyer's account.
Defective goods
If a cart is defective on delivery, notify us within 7 days. We will repair, replace or refund at our cost after assessment. Faults arising within the warranty period are handled under the warranty policy.
Accessories and parts
Unopened accessories may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Special order items, custom enclosures and installed batteries are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 10 working days of the returned cart being assessed at our workshop.

Email sales@tcagolfcartsmotors.co.za or call +27 10 123 4567 with your invoice number and reason for return. We will confirm collection or drop-off arrangements.
