Terms & conditions
These terms apply to all quotations, orders and sales concluded with our dealership.
Pricing and quotations
All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude delivery, which is quoted separately. Quotations are valid for 14 days and subject to stock availability.
Orders and payment
A cart is only reserved once a deposit is received. Full payment must clear before delivery or collection. Ownership passes to the buyer on receipt of full payment.
Delivery
Delivery lead times are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by transport partners, weather or events beyond our control. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.
Use and compliance
Golf carts sold are not licensed for public road use unless explicitly stated. The buyer is responsible for compliance with estate rules and local regulations.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the cart supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
