1. About us

TCA GOLF CARTS MOTORS (company registration number 2018/466052/07) is a golf cart dealership based in Upington, Northern Cape, South Africa. 2. Pricing and quotations

• All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices exclude delivery, licensing and optional extras unless explicitly included in a written quotation.
• Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days or until the stated expiry date and are subject to stock availability.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or withdraw offers before an order is confirmed.

3. Orders and payment

• After you place an order on this website, we confirm stock, delivery cost and dispatch timing on a pro forma invoice sent by email.
• Payment is made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) using the bank details on the pro forma invoice. No payment is taken on this website and cash on delivery is not accepted.
• Ownership of the golf cart or goods passes to you once full payment has cleared in our bank account.
• If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we may cancel the order and reallocate the stock.

4. Delivery and collection

• Delivery is available anywhere in South Africa at a flat rate of R3,500 (VAT included) per order, with an estimated delivery time of 3–10 business days. Free collection is available from our Upington showroom.
• Delivery lead times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, transport scheduling or events beyond our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection, whichever occurs first.
• You must inspect the goods on delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

5. Use and compliance

Golf carts sold are intended for private, estate, resort, golf course and similar use unless explicitly sold as road-legal. You are responsible for ensuring that the cart complies with the rules of your estate, municipality or intended place of use.

6. Warranties

New and used golf carts are sold with the warranty described in the product listing or quotation, where applicable. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

8. Consumer Protection Act

These terms are subject to the Consumer Protection Act and any other applicable South African law. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will continue in effect.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version current at the time of your order will apply to that order.
